Her background combines commercial acumen with cross-functional leadership, having led teams across product development, customer success, marketing, and business operations. Prior to joining Chadwicks, she worked in SaaS, retail technology, and purpose-led ventures, driving digital change programmes and developing scalable solutions that unlock value for clients and internal teams alike.
Passionate about harnessing data, insight, and technology to solve complex challenges, Clare is particularly interested in how AI can be responsibly integrated into professional services to enhance both efficiency and client experience.
Clare’s downtime is spent with her husband and two older children – preferably outdoors or on the slopes. She loves being part of Norwich’s growing tech and innovation community where curiosity and connection thrive.
